II. Film Festival Circuit submission There are over 1000 film festivals around the world. Of this number there are approximately 100 worthy of submission. This is an often overlooked market for exploitation of local market media.

III.. EDUCATIONAL MARKET *Libraries * Text book publishers *High School, college, university political science, International Relations and other curriculum

IV. FREE PUBLIC ACCESS TELEVISION There are hundreds of local public access TV stations around the US. Each community has its selection committee; however they are all constantly looking for free programming V. DVD SALES *Wholesale *Retail via internet sales.

The Independent Film Society, by approval of its Board of Directors, has created a designated contribution conduit to provide for a grant to Iraqi Voices via its tax deductible status as a 501 C3 non profit status with the aim towards education of culturally diverse issues.
